The nature of our health lies in the basic theory of Natural Law and Quantum Physics. Quantum physics is the principle that states: Everything” is either visible or invisible. It exists in the form of a wave or a particle. This wave or particle carries a vibration. Matter is 99 percent space. Emerging from that space is vibrating life force energy. Everything that exists, natural or synthetic, has a vibration, an electromagnetic charge, and a resulting field referred to as the aura, light field, hologram, spiritual body or biofield. It is up to us to recognize that vibration and make it “real” part of our world.

In 1994, the National Institutes of Health in the United States adopted a new term, the "Biofield" to describe a growing body of research showing a subtle field that permeates and extends beyond the physical body. The biofield is something you've probably already noticed: a vital force that animates our bodies and powers our daily lives. When our biofield is out of balance, we're out of balance.

WHAT IS NATURAL LAW: 

Natural law is the intelligence and infinite organizing power that silently maintains and guides the growth and evolution of everything in the universe. The activity of every grain of creation at every level of Nature -- from the tiniest sub-atomic particle to the vast galaxies -- is governed by Natural Law with perfect efficiency so that everything in the universe functions with perfect precision in balance with everything else.

For centuries science has been exploring the orderly principles that govern behavior throughout the physical universe. These universal principles are the Laws of Nature - the laws of physics, chemistry, biology; the laws governing the behavior of the atoms, our heartbeat and our breath. Natural Law governs every impulse of thought and action, it is intimate to everyone. Taken together, all the Laws of Nature guide life to higher levels of evolution, growth and perfection. Stress and problems build up in society because people struggle to live in harmony with Natural Law. When people's thoughts and actions are not supportive to life, are not in accord with the nourishing love to nature, they are violating Natural Law.

Many are aware negative human behavior, environmental pollution, toxins, chemicals, pesticides, preservatives and additives in our food, as well as pharmaceutical and recreational drugs creates sickness in the body on all levels. Millions of such actions performed every day by the population build up stress in the individual and the collective, bringing life out of balance and creating the enormous problems that society faces every day.

It is important to keep in mind that every emotion, thought, virus, parasite, bacteria, toxin and food vibrates at a certain level. Things that have a lot of life force energy vibrate at a rapid or higher rate than things that have very little life force energy. Pure particles harmonized to the vibration of LOVE have a high rate of vibration and are in balance. Toxic particles are tuned to a lower static and non beneficial vibration.

Since problems in the health of our society are fundamentally due to being out of balance with Nature or Natural Law, there is remedy: restore balance to life and raise the vibration by being in harmony with Natural Law.

ENERGETIC &  PHYSICAL BODY BASICS: 

The energetic body, or your hologram is a very complex structure consisting of layers of bioelectrical fields. This body is a mold or blueprint that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. The aura is the inner most layer of the energy body closest to the physical body. The energetic body absorbs life energy and distributes it throughout the physical body, to the muscles, organs, glands, etc..

Within both the energetic and physical body are chakras and meridians. Meridians transport bioelectrical energy (or life force from the divine) to our light fields and into our cells. Physical ailments first appear as energetic disruptions in the energetic body before manifesting as problems in the physical body. So long as our energetic and physical body is free of constriction and blockage, one will experience good health and evolution.

LIVING FOOD:
Living Foods is a philosophy grounded in the theory of Natural Law that believes all enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that the body needs to heal and maintain optimal health are found within the foods we eat. Proper food preparation is the key to unlocking these life-giving and healing nutrients. Enzymes are more important than any other active element as an aid to digestion and health. A lack of enzymes is a contributing factor to health problems ranging from the common cold to more serious degenerative diseases.

Disease is caused by many factors and “matter” held in the particles of the physical body and in the matrix of the energetic body. One big one is factor is toxicity and deficiency, which is created when, among other things, we eat foods that are processed and unnatural lacking in essential nutrients and create metabolic residue in the body. Also, lower emotions that generate negative brain chemicals vibrate at a slower speed and creates constriction and stagnation in the energetic body, and the pathways of the physical body. Accumulation of residue builds up and causes constriction and blockage within the body and contributes to disease.

Organic whole foods sing a song of a higher octave just as feelings of love.  Plants absorb the powerful life force energy from the sun and the fresh clean air. Living foods consist of whole, ORGANIC fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and superfoods.  If you consume animals proteins, best to consider grass fed meats and wild caught fish.  Not only do they taste delicious, but they are packed with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that heal the body and allow it to obtain optimal health and vitality. By consuming such nutrition, you are bringing that powerful life force energy into your energy field, thereby raising your body’s vibrations allowing it to begin the healing and anti-aging process.

3 KEYS TO CLEAN FOODS:

1 Minerals
Proper mineralization is key to creating a healthy immune system. Minerals orchestrate the delicate biochemistry of our bodies as 95 % of all bodily functions rely upon minerals. Poor health is the result of demineralization and toxemia- minerals can actually detoxify us.

 3 Acid Alkaline:  Ideal blood PH is 7.3 to 7.4 and a good rule is an overall 7.0 ph. Alkaline foods are generally leaves, stems, flowers and seed husks. Acid foods are generally roots, seeds, and nuts. Animal meat is acidic, the bone is alkaline. Our pets need both.

1 DIET
Eat Whole Foods. Do your best to eliminate packaged goods with chemicals and preservatives. Our body is 70% water. Organic whole unheated foods are rich in vitamins, minerals and organic water full of energy from the sun that our body needs to stay clean and juicy.

Eat Organic. Set your body free from filtering and storing pesticides and chemicals that WILL catch up to you at some point under the title of headaches, colitis, sore joints, bloating, cholesterol imbalances, or some sort of diagnosed disease.

Enzymes. Our bodies have a variety of functional units, such as a digestive system, an immune system, a cardiovascular system, and a circulatory system, just to name a few. Each system requires energy in order to perform optimally. It just so happens that enzymes provide this much needed energy for the successful completion of each biological function.

What exactly are enzymes? They are proteins that are responsible for every chemical reaction that goes on in your body; governing all functions related to your tissues, muscles, bones, organs, and cells. Every second of our lives, over 3,000 different enzymes are constantly renewing and changing, often at unbelievable speeds. Enzymes are responsible for everyday bodily processes.

Enzymes have been studied since the early 1900s. Even though there is over a century's worth of information regarding their use, we still have much to learn about them. Although, one thing is for certain; life as we know it, would not exist without them.

Over the last decade, science has uncovered numerous roles for enzymes than ever thought possible, as they literally initiate millions of reactions within your body. In fact, many health care professionals are now advocating the use of enzymes for various conditions and post-operative healing.

When referring to enzymatic supplements, it's important to distinguish between those used for digestion and those used systemically.

Turning your diet to one of a heavy fruit/vegetable based meal will add water and oxygen to create an alkaline state in your blood.The ideal balance is 80% alkaline and 20% acid. This will neutralize the blood and decalcify the body. The result will be vitality, healing and regeneration.

2 DETOXING
House clean your body temple with the change of every season. You will deep clean your house, open windows and scrub away. Honor your body in the same fashion allowing your organs to shake like a wet doggie, breath and shed the layers of stored mucous and undigested matter that is flowing in your blood from consumed preservatives, additives and chemicals. Our body is 70 percent water. There are MANY detox methods available, choose wisely. Consult or seek guidance from a trusted source who glows with health. It can be as simple as fasting for 2 to 3 days consuming nothing but vegetable and fruit juices and consider colon therapy. If you are not comfortable fasting, simply give your body a break from meat, fish, chicken and dairy for a few days, drink plenty of water and get some exercise.

In addition to diet hygiene is of utmost importance! Our skin is our largest organ and everything we put on our skin enters our body 60 times faster then what we put in our mouth. Read labels and use botanically based, paraben and mineral oil free cosmetics, soaps and lotions that contain MINIMAL preservatives. Consider salt bathing, dry body brushing, using a sauna and detox foot pads to give your cells an opportunity to clean out and breath.

4 EXERCISE
GET MOVING! Your lymphatic system needs to be moved and given the opportunity to clean out. Living a sedentary lifestyle creates stagnation at the cellular level. Any debris and toxins that are in your body are just nestling in for a permanent residence if you don’t get your lymph flowing and moving out like a well run machine. Rebounding is a proven simple exercise that moves the lymphatic system. Be sure to stay well hydrated. Drink clean, filtered or charged water.

5 MEDITATION
